🪙 Contribution tokens
Every COA you fully review and approve mints one token to your account. We're building a public corpus of TX hemp lab data; you get credit for the work of vetting it.
The rule
1 token per COA you approve.“Approve” means a Coa row exists on TXcoas because you (a) uploaded a novel PDF, (b) cleared the validation pipeline, and (c) clicked Approve — either via the bulk-batch CLEAN one-click action or the single-COA upload flow.
Re-uploading a PDF that's already on TXcoas doesn'tmint a new token — it just adds your business as a claim against the existing record. The token rewards adding something the corpus didn't have, not duplicate work.
Where you can earn
- Forwarding lab emails to your TXcoas Inbox — fastest path; one tap from any phone.
- Drag-drop bulk upload at
/dashboard/t/<your-slug>/coas/bulk— same review flow, web-native. - Single-COA upload form — for one-off submissions with manual tweaks before saving.
- Onboarding tutorial — your very first token, just for completing the test forward.
What tokens can do
We're still finalizing the redemption side. The current plan is a mix of:
- Tier credits — banked tokens reduce monthly subscription cost
- Custom-domain unlock — burn a balance, get a CNAME for your tenant page
- Inaccuracy-report bounties — burn 1 to file (skin in the game), earn 5 if approved
- Public leaderboards on tenant pages — recognition for top contributors
For now, just bank them. The ledger preserves a complete audit trail (every mint links to the COA it came from), so whatever the redemption mix turns out to be, you'll be credited proportionally to what you contributed.
