Forward COAs by email

Every TXcoas user gets a personal forwarding address of the form <your-token>@intake.txcoas.com. The token is a 16-character secret unique to your account — anyone who has it can submit COAs that get credited to you, so treat it like a password.

Find yours at /dashboard/me/inbox. There's also a one-tap Add to Contacts (.vcf)button so you only have to remember “TXcoas Inbox.” If you ever need to invalidate the address, the same panel has a rotate button.

• PDF attachments— the standard case. One PDF or many, doesn't matter.
• ZIP archives — labs that bulk-deliver monthly batches as .zip work fine. We unpack them and process each PDF.
• Forwarded chains — if you forward a forwarded forward of a lab email, we still find the attachments.

Inline images, Word docs, and plain-text emails are skipped (with a friendly note in the confirmation reply).

1. Each PDF is hashed and checked against the platform — duplicates auto-claim under your business so you get credit for carrying the COA without re-OCRing it.
2. Novel PDFs go through the same OCR + validation pipeline as dashboard uploads. Results land in a CLEAN / VERIFY / FIX bucket.
3. You get a confirmation email summarizing the batch, with a link straight to the review page.
4. One-click approve the CLEAN bucket; eyeball VERIFY entries; edit FIX entries before approving. Each approved COA mints 1 contribution token for you.

If you manage more than one tenant on TXcoas (e.g. a retailer and a brand), forwards default to your most recently joined business. Add a +slug suffix to route a specific forward elsewhere:

From the inbox panel, click Send me a test. We email you a sample message with a hidden marker. Forward it to your TXcoas Inbox and we'll detect the marker, credit you 1 contribution token, and confirm by email — all without polluting your real catalog. The workflow is identical to a real forward, so you know exactly what to expect.

• Your address is a secret. Anyone with it can attribute COAs to your account. If it leaks, rotate from /dashboard/me/inbox.
• Tokens only mint when you approvea COA, not when one is submitted. Spam forwarding doesn't earn anyone tokens — the review step is the work.
• Forwards from senders we don't recognize are still processed (so you can submit COAs you receive at any address) — but token credit goes to whoever owns the destination address, not the original sender.
